Well i m confused which mame program do i get and install mamewah mame32 or a different program got the cab almost done and thought i better get my cp layout and pc ready can anyone help me in the right direction.

It all depends what games you want to play on it really...and what hardware you have got to run it etc. When you give us an idea of what you have and what you want to do then specific recommendations can be made

In any case for a cab I would recommend you use a FE (Front end) to hide windows and make game selection ect, easy using joystick and buttons.

If you are using a front end, I would recommend using the mame command line utility...
