Resident Evil Chainsaw

Has or is anyone using the chainsaw?  ($35 to $50)

I was thinking about picking one up just to have one but I am not sure if any other game uses it?  And/or what the game play is like.  I have never seen it as a demo nor do I know anyone with it.

Held one a few times.. never played with it tho..

Honestly, it FELT like crap just holding it..
