Atomic FE and LedWiz

Youki, I remember a post from a while back where you said that you would consider adding support for LedWiz in AtomicFE. I was wondering if anything ever happened with this. I think that it would be pretty sweet.

For now, nothing is done. I talked by mail with the ledwiz creator to see what i could do with that stuff.
I had lot of idea, but lot are not really doable.

Anyway, i don't have ledwiz  , so if somebody can offer me one or just lend me one for few weeks , i could do something.

I'd be happy to kick in say $10 to go towards the purchase of one for Youki to play around with.  If there are a few others willing to do the same or what they can, should be fairly easy to come up with the cost.  I would love to see support for this from the FE.

I would think that Randy would probably be willing to ship one out to him for this project. A lot of LedWizzers use PowerMame for its LedWiz functionality, but Mike has pretty much said that he is done with PowerMame. I would think that with this gone Randy would really like to have a Frontend with "Official" LedWiz support. So, Randy....

I have no problem kicking down for led wiz functionality!  But I do agree that it would be a great business decision to send one out to an established devoloper so they could work with it.  I wonder if minwah is interested? Since I am a steadfast mamewah user, but I have this huge investment in the LED wiz and I have never been able to get it to do what I want.  Works great in powermame but I run multiple emus and I can't get the two to work nicely.  Damn frustrating, and Mike's news almost broke my heart....

Ya, I know. With all of the goodies coming out in 1.07 and the stuff in 1.06, it is a shame to see Powermame go. If a Front End could be configured to make the LedWiz work well (and easily) with all emulators, that would be just to sweet.

As I said, i'm ready to work on that things , just have to have one. 

Concerning  one of idea i had no really doable yet.  I prefer keep them for me now. Not because it is a top secret things... just because i see that lot of my idea seems to be took by other FE.  So when they are took after i did it, that 's not a real problem ,it is unfortunaly the rule  , but if it is before, i would be more concerned because to be inovative is one of my main motivation.

Sorta on topic did anyone ever get bloodywiz to work with powermame.  IE: Powemame works for all of the different mamecontrols, and then use bloodywiz to light up the other emulators.  Never could get it to work myself.
