If it is a CGA res with an analog RGB in, chances are it will work. However, if it is EGA, VGA, SVGA, or XGA res, you will need a scan converter to "Upscan" it to the frequency used by the monitor. Most arcade games are 15Khz. However, most commonly used PC Monitors today use between 31 and 60Khz. Such converters are expensive, but if you have one it will work.
