For a minute I thought it meant that I could make a Flash or HTML interface for AtomicFE. Silly me! Flash games are cool, too.

No, but can make VScript interface for AtomicFE.

Check , the AtomicDemo.exe on my website to see what you can do with scripting.   (similar that you could do with Flash...) .
 But i don't say you will never able to use in the future Flash for making Atomic Layout.... ;)  who knows...
