Overall, not bad. The thing that bothers be the most is the logo and the fact that the letters and the arrow are slanting at different angles. The logo should probably have a bigger presence. You've got the room, so use it. Make it so big that you think it can't be any bigger and then step over that threshold. You might be plesantly surprised by the results.

yes i know what you mean about the logo, this is actually a bttf font that i have downloaded and played about with until the colours were right, the text it self though just does not look right. i have tried to play about with it but i guess my limited skills are catching up with me at the minute. i guess because the logo doesnt look that great ive keep it small, but your right it does seem to be hiding in the corner in shame ;D.

i really wanted the text to slant from big to small like the orginal (see below)
any ideas. thanks for your input it kinda confirmed what i thought.

There's probably something in the Warped Text tool, but nothing comes to mind at the moment. The quickest fix for you is to select the text or the arrow and under the Edit menu choose Transform and then Skew. That will let you get them matched up. Then maybe play with the arc tool in warped text to get the rest of the effect.

Looking good!

When picking a theme for a cab I thought about BTTF.

I thouhg tit would be cool to have a 'real' flux capacitor in the cabinet.
Any plans for that?

Here are some plans

:D yes that does look cool im still a long way off designing my cab ive got loads of ideas but im still un sure as to whether keeping it simple will be the best way to go. i will be definitly be going with a bttf marquee and cp over lay. still learning photo shop at the minute its not easy at all if you have no idea what your doing.

i have finally got my bttf text finshed well its not 100% but i just cant get it any better. im thinking of just leaving it out what do you guys think. it may be ok but because i am not used to seeing the logo with different wording in it it just doest look right.

As I mentioned before, the arrow should be at the same angle as the text it is next to. You have it at the oppostie angle. They use a "squarer" font in the movie logo. Also, I'm not fond of the use of the Photoshop lens flare. It's too distracting.
