console usb adapters
« on: May 29, 2006, 10:54:48 pm »
I am looking for a couple of console to usb adapters that work well with most emulators.  I need a snes first and then if possible a good n64 one.  I find that smart joy is a popular snes, but they are sold out everywhere but lik sang and I don't really want to wait 2-4 weeks to get it either.  THe n64 one is sold out there as well.  So.... are there any other suggestions for me.  I want something that is of good quality and that I don't have to wait a month to get.

An alternative would be to check out retrousb.com. They sell modified controlpads for USB (everything but N64) and they work very well. I have the snes, nes and genesis ones myself that I use to play console games on my cab.

Ill check it out, I found one of the n64 convertors last night after I posted here.  It was on www.jandaman.com and is out of washington.  Seems reliable and allowed me to use pay pal and the shipping is two - three days.  I'll check out that site for the snes one as I still need it. Thanks
