pulling it all together
« on: May 27, 2006, 03:18:21 am »
hello everyone. My project has finally come down to setting up the software and it is working for the most part. I have been able to switch between different themes and different imulators in mamewah. Everything starts up just fine. I have been able to get the different themes to come up also. However I have been unable to get the imulator screen to work with a rotated screen. I changed a line in the config file from orientation horizontal to vertical but it is still horizontal. It does correct some text being cut off but it remains horizontal.  Perfect if my monitor was turned 90 degreens :/ How do i get it to truly show as a vertical front end.

Also the roms are not saving the resolutions. I have to manually put them in after i start each game every time. Im sure givin a little time i will get it but how i would go about this would definatly save me some time if anyone is willing to offer some advice. In the win32 version of mame you can set it to use a certain resolution every time. How would i do this through the command line version. Is it a config setting or do i use another application.

Thanks if anyone is listening.
