I have this monitor and I am in general satisfied with it. However this monitor doesn't seem to be able to display some 15 Khz titles correctly. This affect CPS2 boards and Neogeo 1-slot boards and some CPS1 titles as well. When displaying CPS2 games like Street Fighter Alpha it seems to lose the sync during some moments when the game flashes together with super specials. When I run a Neogeo 1-slot mobo the upper field is badly deformed, prolly a V-sync issue.

I have been in contact with Wei Ya and they ask me to send my game boards to them. Unfortuneately I belivee it is my only option and I fear they may not have a proper solution even if they get the game boards. I asked them why they could not get hold of these boards themselves and they reply that these boards are not so popular in Taiwan and therefore scarce in that country. I think it is weird that their engineers have not properly adjusted the monitors to accept common 15 Khz signals.

Well, if you have similar problem like me I would appreciate if you could share the shipping cost as it affects you too or if you could contact Billabs directly.
