Looking for cool stuff to do with your computer

I am looking for some ideas on cool stuff to do with my computer.  I am intrested in learning about other projects you may have done.  Here are some ideas I have so far.  Some are directly computer related, others are not.

Set up FTP server - Have done in past, but not since reformat
Set up web server - Have done in past, but not since reformat
Set up remote access via VNC - I have set up on my LAN, but not outside of my LAN

Set up remote access via Remote Desktop
Set up shoutcast server
Set up media center PC
Soft Mod PS2
Network PS2
Mod xbox
Network Xbox
Research networking Explorer 8300
Set up weather station
Set up proxy server so cell phone can get on the internet
Get a skype phone
