Mamewah Vector question
« on: May 20, 2006, 03:05:45 pm »
I have a D9200 with a arcadevga card running mamewah and mame .96.  Anyway, I am having a problem getting the vector games to show up, as I get an out of range error on the D9200.  I have no problems getting them to show up on another monitor, so I know I am missing something pretty stupid here...any thoughts?

Nothing to do with MAMEWAH.

The game is trying to run at a resolution that your monitor does not support.
Make a vector.ini file and put the highest resolution your monitor supports.
i.e. sample vector.ini
resolution 640x480

Also, since you haven't configured this you may not have configured the resolution for all other games which is why you have the D9200 and arcadevga.  I suggest Minwah's resolution tool for making the game ini files.
