Billabs BL27CB0P/M2929-62 vs. Other monitors at 15 kHz

That BL27CB0P has fantastic specs. I've been looking at almost every post on this monitor for some information on how it handles the low resolution images.. it has great 1024x748 .. but what about if you want to play the old classics.. How does it compare to say a WG 9200 or a Kortek KT-2914? (Or any other old arcade monitor really) Does it have an authentic look or is it way too sharp on the old games? or the mid 90's games? Or the screen is way to big?

The BL27CB0P has a dot pitch of 0.6 mm .. i think a standard TV has a dp of around 0.9 mm. is that a problem? I really want the image to be as close to the original as possible .. unless it looks better on this new screen? :)

I plan on having this screen together with a MAME/Emulation computer and a PS2 + a PS3  ;D.. and I want all of it to look at its best! (yeah, I know I may have to compromise) :)

I live in Denmark, the monitor will set me back about 800$ so any information you have would really be appreciated!! If it looks bad on the lower resolution games then 800$ hurts  :-\..

It has a kinda or very sharp picture when playing games at 15 Khz I should say. Personally I think it looks  nice except it may be too sharp for some people. Since this monitor has a pretty low dot-pitch you coulo expect to see the scanlines a bit more clear than usual, but it looks better than MAME of course. From where are you going to order this monitor?

Ok, so it's so sharp that you don't get smooth lines and curves and the scan lines are very pronounced? dang.. i feared that.. I guess it looks totally awesome on new games though.

Since i'm located in europe i'm going to order it directly from weiya (taiwan) (http://www.weiya.com.tw/products_detail.asp?le=english&fid=95&pid=104&top_fid=86).
