Chassis ID and where to get new flyback

This chassis came out of a Super Sports Bowling arcade game.  I can't find any identifying marks on it.  I am hoping someone here can identify it and also let me know where to find a replacement flyback for it.   I have already removed the flyback (it was smoking).
The only numbers on the chassis are KI-2-VO Rev. 01 
The flyback said "DUGO" on it.
It was hooked up to a Samsung tube if that helps.
Any ideas?

You have a Kortek KT-1420 chassis. On the foil side of the board very near the outer perimeter of the main board sometimes hidden under the metal band that goes arond the circuit should be silkscreened "KT-1420a".

It uses Kortek # KFS-60291 flyback which also crosses to HR Diemen # HR8508. You can buy this flyback from Bob Roberts. I'm told that MCM Electronics (www.mcminone.com) stocks the HR Diemen replacement.

Updating an old thread, I've come across another KT-1420A which has a KFS-60737 flyback installed from the factory. That number crosses to an HR Diemen # HR 7199.

To extend the life of the flyback, the metal cage around it needs to have around a 1/4" wide area shaved off all the way around the opening where the focus and screen controls are. The black line I drew on the cage shows about how much to cut away. I used a nibbler tool to do it, but a hacksaw could probably be used. The cage has to be removed from the chassis to do it though. The two vertical output transistors are also bolted to the cgae so they must be unsoldered from the board to allow you to remove the cage.

This mod allows more airflow around the flyback so it runs cooler plus it is less likely to arc to the frame.
