Removing the gunk from a goodmerge?

Well, say I have a goodmerged romset (I don't of course) and I want to remove all the gunk and get them out of 7zip format.

How do I get rid of all the hacks/unwanted clones and all that stuff? I just want the good dumps? I was looking at Goodtools but can't find a way to do this.
