How come I can't "view results" in this thread but I can in the one for the "back" design?

Santoro · « **Reply #4 on:** May 09, 2006, 10:28:42 pm »

fixed

thebrownshow · « **Reply #5 on:** May 10, 2006, 10:45:04 am »

Just curious, maybe I missed the answer to this, but weren't they all going to be "blinged" before voting so it's kinda fair?

Santoro · « **Reply #6 on:** May 10, 2006, 11:00:33 am »

Pixelhugger blinged all that were submitted to him and were in a 'blingable' format.

Great designs for both front _and_ back this year!

Question: when is the "slogan" portion of the voting? Actually, where do we submit slogans?

I'm quite happy that several of my slogans have been used so far on the submissions, and I'm sure I can brainstorm some more.

(heh...brain-storm...)

Kevin

Santoro · « **Reply #9 on:** May 10, 2006, 11:28:21 pm »

Yeah - sorry to the Retroblast crew for forgetting to give you guys a heads-up. (blush)

As far as slogans, I figured when we know the winning design we will know how much space we have to work with and can discuss/poll it then.

How long are these polls going to be open?

Wierd. I still don't see that info.
Thanks

did you vote yet?

Quote from: Santoro on May 11, 2006, 12:21:19 pm

did you vote yet?

Nope. That's why I was wondering about the closing date. Does it only appear after you've voted?

That seems a little anti-productive. I think the poll-closing- date would be of more interest to those who haven't yet voted than it is to those who have already cast their vote.

Santoro · « **Reply #15 on:** May 11, 2006, 12:27:51 pm »

I don't know, it is the forum SW that determines that. ~~You can change your vote later, so just vote in order to see it.~~

edit - that seems to be broken.

Ahhh, I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to change our votes this year.
Thanks Santoro.

missioncontrol · « **Reply #17 on:** May 11, 2006, 02:07:34 pm »

I don't have the option to change my vote

Santoro · « **Reply #18 on:** May 11, 2006, 03:32:47 pm »

Oh crap. I know I selected the option in creating the polls but it didn't 'catch.' Quarterback , sorry! Any Mods know if that is somehow turned off?

It was. I turned it on. Now, if it sticks I can't say.

Havok · « **Reply #20 on:** May 12, 2006, 07:26:12 am »

I now can change my vote - it wasn't there before...

missioncontrol · « **Reply #21 on:** May 12, 2006, 07:34:30 am »

yay... Peale fixed it.......

Santoro · « **Reply #22 on:** May 12, 2006, 07:43:42 am »

Thank You Sir!

jfunk · « **Reply #23 on:** May 12, 2006, 09:19:01 am »

Don't forget to change the 'Back' thread, too, so that votes can be changed.

Thanx!

jfunk · « **Reply #24 on:** May 14, 2006, 08:15:42 pm »

Thanx for fixing it!

Why does the back thread have more votes than the front thread? I'd think people would care about both sides

Some guys prefer frontal, and some are all about the backside.

Timoe · « **Reply #26 on:** May 19, 2006, 04:23:21 pm »

SANTORO - have the designs gone off to the mint yet?

(I reall appreciate what you do but...)

It looks like the fix is in, and we're ready to order.

Santoro · « **Reply #28 on:** May 25, 2006, 08:20:49 am »

Congratulations to the Winners!!! I will have a pre-order page at the website ASAP, probably by Saturday. I am psyched about the way these are going to look!

Thanks to all the contributors for your designs. I encourage everyone to try again next year.

jfunk · « **Reply #29 on:** May 25, 2006, 09:21:57 am »

When are we voting on 'slogans'? I'm really not a fan of the 'All your...'

Thanx.

Santoro · « **Reply #30 on:** May 25, 2006, 12:26:42 pm »

I am an airhead, we will do that next. sorry for the confusion. Real-life is killing me right now.

That implies he stopped playing it at some point... and that's just silly. This is MC we're talking about here.
