advice on cocktail arcades
« on: May 03, 2006, 09:47:55 pm »
Hi everyone, im looking at building a 4 player cocktail arcade machine. I want to use an old computer i have as well as a colour television i have spare. My question is was kind of video card do i need to run this. I have a 128mb tnt graphics card which i can video output to my television but i dont know whether this will provide me with clear graphics for text etc. Do i need a special arcade video card for this? Also what other bits and pieces do i need attached to my computer other than the controls e.g. ipac4 etc.

Any advice or direction would be very much appreciated.

I was hassled my first post. all of your answers can be found in the search function. If your going to use a tv, use s-video at least.
