emulators with mamewah compatibility
« on: May 02, 2006, 01:44:21 pm »
I am using an older version of mame version 97b with the 97 rom sets every thing works well with mame i run it through mamewah. The problem i am having is that my other emus dont work with it they used to but now they dont so iv had to re start the whole process of re installing mame and roms and wiped all trace of old emus.

I need some help in getting nes, snes, sega genesis, daphne, gameboy advance and n64 emulators working on my system. iv been on the cp viewer website but the ini's and emus used dont work with my set up and im getting errors every time.

Can anyone please help me???

Also i need versions that will be compatible with my mame controls ie same button configs by pressing esc will exit game etc..

Many thanks hope you guys can help??

Seriously, did you just ask for all that in one post?  If John's stuff isn't working for you, you're gonna have to provide a ton of background information on each emulator and its problems.  JCrouse's where you go if you're having issues.

suddenly all your emus stopped working? and your solution was to just delete everything and start all over? and now nothing seems to work? i don't think you picked the best solution to solve your problem man

What version of Mamewah are you using?
If it's 1.61, my daphne.ini file is posted here:

Shouldn't be too difficult to change it to the 1.62 format if that's what you are using.

Out of the emulators you listed, Daphne is the only one I use.

I posted all of my .ini's here in a single thread.  You may want to check "mamewah" by mccoy178 in a search.
