What is the most stable combo of MAME & MAMEWAH?
« on: April 24, 2006, 02:17:12 am »
I've spent days playing with different versions of MAME + MAMEWAH.  My current version of MAME32 seems to work fine with my current version of MAMEWAH, but I can't regenerate game lists while using MAME32.  When I use MAME 105b, I can regenerate, but I get too many other bugs.

What is currently the most stable combo of these to use?  And here's the trick... where is the location of these?  I can't seem to find any previous version of binary MAME prior to 105b.  Mame.net has some in the archive, but they are all very old.  Any MAME versions I can find in torrents are the MAME32 version, which acts funky with MAMEWAH.  Help!

Any standard build of Windows Commandline MAME is recommend.  If you have 'bugs' with this then something must be configured wrong...MAME32 is more likely to cause problems.
