Toshiba PB-6643 question
« on: April 19, 2006, 03:39:55 pm »
I've got a Toshiba PB-6643 monitor in a machine and when testing it, I fear I might have done something stupid. Looking over some info on some various sites, it looks like the Toshiba likely uses a composite positive sync. Unknowingly I hooked up a JAMMA harness to it and spliced the composite negative sync lead from the harness into positive sync of the monitor and let it run a little while (albeit all scrambled looking) without realizing the positive/negative aspect. In doing this did I do anything permanent to the monitor, or should the monitor be fine?
