Retrace lines showing
« on: April 19, 2006, 01:20:30 am »
I have a Neotec NT25E  monitor that has retrace lines showing.  I have tried to adjust the monitor to fix it but after much tweaking they still show.  The question I have is what usually causes this?  A bad flyback or would a cap kit possibly fix it?  Also where would a person get replacement parts for this monitor?  Thru the manufacture?
Thanks!

Turn the "SCREEN" control down (counterclockwise) a tad bit. If that doesn't help then contact the service and parts department at www.neotecgraphic.com
