I use a standard AA charger and bent the contact tabs out about 1/4" to hold onto the smaller batteries.  Panasonic makes AAA 750mh batteries, I think I brought them at sams club.

it might be hard to find a charger design specifically for AAA but there are multi ones that do AA, AAA, C, D, 9V.  I have one, energizer makes it.  It was $20 for the charger and it's like $6 for a pair of AAA I believe.
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em

And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

Go get a Maha AA/AAA battery charger.  They are (IMHO) the best damn battery chargers you can get, and the Maha Powerex batteries are also the best rechargeable cells I've used.  I have Energizer and PowerEx cells of the same mah rating, and there is no comparison, the Mahas last longer.

You may be able to find a charger cheaper than thomasdistributing, but I've ordered from them a number of times.  They are great.

You can get a decent 1 hour charger that comes with AA batteries, and fits both AA and AAA.  Getting the AAA batteries will be up to you.

Wal-Mart sells a two-hour charger that accepts 2 AAA's or 2/4 AA's at a time.  The charger itself is no bigger than a deck of cards, and can be powered from either an AC outlet or it also comes with a cigarette lighter adaptor if you wanna hook something up straight from a PC power supply.

Cost was $15 plus tax

I've got one that I've had for years that does AA and AAA.  I'm pretty certain I bought it at Wal-Mart.

We've got a radioshack one that can do either four AA NiMH/NiCd or four AAA NiMH/NiCd in six hours. Got it about a year ago. IIRC, for $30, it came with four NiMH AA Batteries
