Keywiz Uploader run hidden?
« on: April 09, 2006, 07:37:40 pm »
After extensive searching, I cannot find any info on this, so here I go.

Is there a way to run the Keywiz uploader software completely hidden? I have it working with the /A switch, which is cool - I do like the laser beams while programming, but would like to hide everything on boot.

Is there a way to do this?

There is, as on my cab there is just a small dot in the upper left hand corner when uploading my custom key set.

When I get home, I'll check it out on my cab and post back here. I think it may even be a seperate app that you need to do it.

I have what I think is the KeyWiz silent uploader. I say "I think" because, though I've had it for over a year, I've never tested it. Beat THAT amount of procrastination, I say!

Thanks - I'll check it out when I get home and report back. Or, maybe I'll wait a year...

 ;)

Yep, that's what I use (after checking on my cab). I think I got it specifically off RandyT a while back as it isn't on the GroovyGameGear website.
The line I run is like this:
Code: [Select]
c:\keywiz\kwstealth.exe /a /p cThe '/p c' just tells it to load my keyset 'c'.

That was it! Thanks guys!

Hey Randy - this should be available as a switch for your standard uploader program, or made available on your site...
