Hey all!

I'm getting pretty much into the tank game, Assault. However I have no sound in it!. I'm using Mame v66

Any advice??

Heh, guys, you still surprised  me. Why don't use mame 105 version? Probably you have incorrect rom for mame66. Good luck if you find rom for mame66.

The current version of Assault was last modified 0.53 so if you've got that then your set.   Also there's no mention of assault having any sound issues in it's WIP.  Any problems with other games under 0.66?

I just checked with 105 (mameplus build) and sound worked perfect.

I need to get a few joysticks with buttons and setup a control panel for it (and vindicator ect...).  I love assault and its so obvious when your not playing with the right controls.

Hmm...I'll be looking into it again tonight.

Is the sound perhaps much lower in this game??
