Circuit for TV input toggle?
« on: April 05, 2006, 01:49:37 am »
I have a 27in-TV as my cab monitor that defaults to a channel at powerup.  For about 2 years now, I have put up with pulling out the remote and switching it over to the other input.  I messed around with tapping into the TV's control circuits to switch it, but it basically requires a pulse signal a few seconds after startup (i.e. I can't just short it).

Short of having a dedicated button on the CP to do this .... has anyone come across a circuit solution to do this automatically at powerup?
