well the topic explain it.. i know there or a few version of mame that have a option to  bypass the info and warning screen but i cant recall what they are..

any help would be greatly appricated

Also - For a modern build - BuddaMAME is probably what you want.
NoNameMAME also included this, but I don't think it's been updated since MAME was in double-digits.  :'(
