DC control Question
« on: April 01, 2006, 11:09:54 am »
Hello all,

Im currently in the reseach and material/supply stock pile phase for my cabinet I plan on building.  I have two quick questions.  I plan on building a 3 sided cocktail cabinet similar to Dream Arcades 4 controller set up.

1. anyone here have a DC / MAME pc running off the same controls?

2.  and is it possible to wire up to 2 player 1 controls for the Dreamcast ?  One player 1 would be for tate and the other player 1 would be for standard horizontal gaming???

I plan on buying some hacked controls from HarumaN to accomplish this.  I hope he is still selling.

Just curious if there are any popular setups like this

THANKS!!!

Dave_K.

Wiring 2 sets of controls to 1 player hacked pad is not a problem.  But wiring mame/ipac with DC is definately a problem.  You have to use a switcher.  Disucssed many times on the board here so do a search.

You could also go the more expensive route which is to buy the X-Arcade BYOA kit and a Dreamcast adapter.
