indeed, make sure you use a penetrating vinyl dye, means the colours actually enter the plastic.

as always though YMMV some plastics are notorious for rejecting all forms of paint, SOAPboy, what type did you use?
I used uber cheap baby blue spray paint.. with (forget the brand) expensive clearcoat.. i couldnt find the blue i wanted in good paint so i said screw it..
i also used about 6 coats of clearcoat on the controller as they get handled alot, it took 2 years or so to have 1 spot rub off on the bottom of the controller..
As far as the system itself, 1 or 2 coats of clearcoat is fine, you dont handle your systems extensivly, so its not going to rub off.. its almost a waste to go balls out on the system itself..

Just pop your logos out, sand well, and goto town on it.. last layer of clearcoat about 15 min after spraying while its still kinda wet toss the logos back on.. should be good to go
