Where to find Mame .92?

So I want to build a Golden Tee machine, and the PC I have is a AMD Athlon 1.10.  The game plays okay, some sounds stutter.  I was thinking of using the oldest version of Mame that would support GT but MAME.NET only has current and really old versions.  I'm looking for the windows version.  Again, my thought was that the older the version, usually the faster it ran....but this could have changed drastically since the old days.....

http://www.mame.net/zips/mame092b.zip


FYI, you can just change the number in the link on mame.net and get that version.  So just change "mame092b.zip" to "mamexxxb.zip" where xxx is the version you want.
