Is soul calibar a chd if it is what is the mim system for it, i have a 3000+ amd 64 & a gig of ram but its does not run well

at http://www.mameworld.net/maws/romset/soulclbr you can see that it does not require CHD.

all PSX games run slow on the best hardware, and also it is not emulated correctly there are plenty graphics issues.

BTW: CHD does not mean can not be played. There are over 20 CHD games that can play in a decent computer. (all the beatmania, KI, Area 51 play fine on a recent computer).
