Where do I go from here?

OK, over the past few months I used the arcade art library to create some bad ass art work for my three sided cocktail table. My theme or name, if it isn't taken, is the Molotov Cocktail Table ( it should be the best cocktail ever made or I wouldn't attempt it) and I drew my art work accordingly; I have even used some graphics from the PS2 game Freedom Fighters (great graphic of a hand holding a Molotov cocktail). I went to art school as a kid and have pretty good drawing skills But computer skills are beyond me.

     So far my art includes modified pics from the Arcade Art Libray: Super Pac-Man smashing a Molotov on a horrified ghosts head, Donkey Kong smashing a Molotov on a brutalized Mario's head, a small pixelated man( think Atari pitfall) running from his Space Invader shooter and authentic looking space invaders dropping what looks like pixelated Molotov's on his head.

<Not finished because I need to find the side art of Milliped cab> centipede with a small man from the Millipede side art, throwing a Molotov at the centipede.

     What I need is someone to take my artwork (I could scan it if need be and put it on a disk) and turn it into a flowing cocktail bezel. I was thinking of all the characters and title surrounded by fire and maybe <the caracters shadded to look more computerized insted of just flat colors>.

    I realize that this is more than just a copy of vectorized characters printed on a bezel; SO, like the title of the post, Who do I turn to? I am on a budget so I would be willing to pay piece by piece. Am I asking too much? 

   P.S. By the way if you can think of a better piece than Centipede than let me know. The rest took several drawings and a lot of work and I don't want to abandon them. I wish I could show them off on this forum. I do have a digital camera but only my wife knows how to use it. Even then maybe a PIC is worth a thousand words.
