Laptop to TV help please

Hello
Posting this one for my mom she has a laptop it has a vga output..she wants to connect it to a tv...she says there is a VGA to Compisite/s-video cable so she can connect it to a tv?? I am trying to find one any suggestions?? I found one but it only had SVIDEO and RCA VIdeo nno audio....do they make one with video/audio?? any links would be greatly aprpecaited..she called dell or soemone any they wanted over 150 for a "special" cable.. ehehe rippp off...

There is no SVIDEO out....only vga..from what i read i may need a special box?? nay advice?? thanks

I have a composite video out on my laptop so I just use a single Composite cable.
For audio, I just use a seperate 1/8" to RCA left/right cable ($6 at Walmart) out of my laptop headphone port into my Stereo reciever and play the audio through that.  It is a bit of a hassle setting that thing up everytime we want to watch a movie, but it works.  If the TV has audio inputs, you could try going into that with the 1/8" to RCA cable.
