why do some people here get so bent out of shape on questions
that are old questions asked many times before.

Think about it.... what is this forum about? Help people
google is a nice tool. But so is the forum.

I see nothing wrong with using the forum and google in your search

If evry one used google only,  ??? then why are we here? ???

because they feel like they have power for knowing stuff.... It helps compensate for their own incompetence

do a search on google to answer that one

Dawayne, I think in your haste to slap someone down for a joke, you missed the wisdome of the joke.

Look at the picture again.

Notice one word.  BEFORE

Now, take a look at the cartoon again.  Show us where it says "DON'T ask any questions here".  Please do that, because you've gotten bent out of shape yourself.  No one said "SHADDUP AND SEARCH".

It's a joke, and simply says to use google BEFORE asking dumb questions.  See, it even SAYS to ask dumb questions, but not BEFORE.

Notice in your OWN reply where you've said "I see nothing wrong with using the forum and google in your search".  You just didn't specify the order.  The guy making the joke specified the order.  Should we shout you down now too for suggesting that someone actually USE Google?

Lastly, we don't say that anymore.  Now we say "use the Wiki, noob" ;D
