rom organizer/cleaner/slash....

i know there a few good rom cleaning sets,but is there any one that will remove the (japan)(asia)...etc versions
or will i have to do it the old fasion way...sigh

most the ones i came across just clean them and erased the multi versions
and wrong dump..etc..
