Hi ,

a new great module from Angelscry is on line. This module dedicated to Arcade Machine is built around MAMEPlus 0.104u4 and Zinc 1.1 .  the Module detects itself what is the best emulator to run the game!

There is only one list on the screen with your roms , and if you chose a rom runnable with zinc, zinc will be used if not Mame will be used.

this is the first version of the module. It will be improved soon. On this version as it don't use gamelists yet, if you have a full romset  the module could be slow to load.

Now that's what I'm talking about. I want a module that takes it further and picks the right version of MAME and/or Raine.

It is doable but we need a complete list that describes what game run better with what.  We don't have time to try each game with each emulator version!!!

We are studying the possibility to include nebula to this module for NEOGEO games. Not sure it 's worth it. MAME seems good  enough for NEOGEO Games.   what do you things guys?

Gameex has done this for quite a while.

AtomicFe is able to do that since his first version far before GAMEEX.  That module uses just a feature include in Atomic Engine.

I think you can not imagine what the Atomic Engine can really  do yet...   I'm just busy working on configuration tool and solution to make that power accessible to a newbie.  And as i don't have lot of time. it comes little by little.

The best is still to come!  ;)

Don't get me wrong, I like your frontend.   I was just pointing out that it had been a standard feature of gameex for a long time.  When you setup mame, it has an enable zinc and a zinc.exe drop down.   I just didn't want the comment about now everyone was going to copy AtomicFE to go totally uncontested.
