War: Final Assault - Board not working? No picture. Anyone have a manual?

I recently acquired a War: Final Assault dedicated cab, it looks to be in pretty good shape, it just doesn't work. The insides look very clean, and at first, when we powered it up, the boards and fans would get power, but nothing else. The monitor doesn't come up, no real sound or anything. I found one of the molex connectors going to the monitor to be disconnected, I hooked it back up and still nothing.

I then put in a different board and finally, a picture came up. Sound was fine too. I'm thinking either there's something not corrected correctly on the WAR board, or maybe the hard drive is bad. I'm not too sure about the latter though, cause I would think at least an error message of some kind would come up. Absolutely nothing comes up for WAR. The LEDs on the board come on, however, and there's one digit LCD (I don't remember the term for it, haha) that comes on, but nothing on the screen.

Please let me know if you have any experience with this problem, or if you know where I can find the manual to troubleshoot this problem. Thank you very much!
