Help control panel art help needed

i am working on a last starfighter cabinet, the playfield is width of 28" x 15" and it
will be a single player with a right and left joystick and a trackball, is there someone who can help me design a CP for this game? I am good with wood, not so good with photoshop. I have been able to put together a logon screen using stardocks logon studio so far. I would be Willing to pay for work done.
