Help identifying these bezels

Can anyone help me identify these two bezels?  I found them on the web but they were unlabeled.

Unknown Taito is a "Legend of Kage".  I searched controls.ini for Sword and it was the only game with a Sword and Star Knives button.  Also see attached CP image - the overlays match. (lkage in MAME).

The first one MIGHT be a City Connection, but that's purely a guess and I haven't researched it very much.

I think it is LED Storm. (KLOV entry (no art on KLOV though).

I'm pretty sure it is LED Storm: the cars and roads look exactly like those in the game. The three robot characters are also in the game (they clinge on your car to slow you down). Thanks for digging up the CP image :)
