Act Labs light gun shuts monitor down . . .
« on: February 27, 2006, 11:37:03 am »
Just curious if anyone's experienced the problem of their monitor going into standby mode after a second or two when they try to use callibration mode on an Act Labs USB lightgun.  I have to cycle power on the monitor to get an image back, which might be a problem once I get the monitor into a cabinet . . .

Dell Trinitron 21" monitor, GeForce2 MX video card.  Problem occurs whether I'm in MAME, FCEU, or on the windows desktop.

Any thoughts?

If the guns USB I would suggest using a powered hub might sort it out.
I didn't touch it....honest!
