Removing arcade monitor (Help from someone who has done it please)

Hello guys

I have an old jamma cabinet sitting there
it hasn't been powered on for at least a week & last time it was powered on it wasn't more than 30 minutes.
it's a 19'' inch Philips arcade  monitor from the 90's I want to remove it for my new project i have never done something like so....


as i know there might be voltage running still inside.

I want to remove it
it's still bright light burn but Good picture & all but i want to take it out throw it away or sale it i don't know yet but my main worry is
 


There metal frame with handles to take it out i beleive....

Will i get zap?
How long can a charge hold inside? 2 months?
I beleive the monitor is not imploding protected since it's older..... so it's more dangerous too....

You'll be fine.  Just remove the wires (video signal and power and ground) unbolt the...well, bolts, and pull.  No need to discharge.

Just be careful and don't *drop* the damn thing.  Glass isn't fun to clean.
