GameEx Theme Editor released!

A big update to GameEx along with the Theme Editor has been released. Pleased be warned the Theme Editor is in Beta and some functions such as importing MameWah themes and the CP Editor are currently not supported in GameEx yet. But all these features a fully functional in the Theme Editor to give you an idea of where it's going.
