Classic games and pins in Las Vegas
« on: February 09, 2006, 10:35:31 pm »
i'll be travelling to Las Vegas and will have some time to kill.

i'll be sure to spend a bit of time in the Pinball Hall of Fame.

does anyone have any recommendations for other large concentrations of classic arcade games or pinball machines in Las Vegas?

With the amount and quality of games at the Pinball HOF, you won't have time for anything else!  That does look like an incredible place to visit.

Wow...  cant beleive i missed that in Vegas.  If your looking to play video games, Gameworks (in the showcase mall, by MGM Grand) has lots of newer stuff and a few classics (moon patrol, galaga, pac man, centipede, missle command, robotron, and a few others i think).  Also, most of the hotels seemed to have a small arcade with mostly newer stuff.

Excalibur's Great for taking the kids. The carnival type games are very close to the video games so you can pretend to be watching them. Really I don't know of one casino there that does not have an arcade. Everything on the strip at least. I will be going back in May, I didn't know there was a Pinball HOF. VIVA LAS VEGAS ;D
