I'm sure I read a recent post from somebody that modified the Mame source so when Mame was paused the text 'MAME Paused' would appear on screen. He mentioned another tweak too and gave the code for both.
Where is this? I feel like I've gone blind...
Edit: Never mind, I've been smoking crack again. I was from a pretty old post

Seems this tweak doesn't really...fit...anymore. Anyone know how I could implement something like this again? (I think I found where to put it, but want to make sure only one line is required now).
