Street fighter Special request---Will PAY!!!

I have no artwork skills at all.  I can take things other people make, and come up with something cool, but can't make anything on my own.

What I need is RYU and KEN from the Street Fighter series throwing their fireballs at each other, colliding in the middle.  My plan is to put the part where they collide as my red lighted trackball...

I hope that makes sense.  Ryu on one side, Ken on the other side of the trackball, both throwing their fireballs, with the collision point being represented by the glowing red ball.

If anyone can do this, Ill pay a decent price.  I need a few other things done on my CP, but this is a start.  If someone can do the artwork, I can fool around with it in Illustrator to suit my needs.
