Startup/Exit movies choppy all the sudden in MameWah

Hello,

I had my arcade all working great how I wanted it, but now all the sudden the videos are all choppy...nothing has changed config wise.  The videos I am using are mpeg1 and I have the nVidia DVD decoder installed.  It was all fine around noon, but now it almost hangs on startup because it takes so long to get through the 30 second startup video.  Once it gets into MameWah all is good.  Anyone have any ideas??

Do the video's play ok directly in Media Player?

No they hang in Media Player now too.  Not sure what is going on...nothing has changed.

Sounds like something is either wrong with the videos or your system...antivirus software perhaps?
