Good Frontend for 640x480 only??

I have a 27" Eygo monitor, and it can only run 640x480.  I am looking for a nice frontend, I do like the look of ArcadeFX, but it can't run my resolution (edges cut off, 800x600 in frontend).  Any suggestions?  I like ones that look nice, and are easy to navigate.  I tried Lazarus, but resolution was too much when I loaded it, didn't try to reduce it yet.  Thanks.

a lot of fe's including lazarus can run in 640x480 mode just try a couple of them and choose the one that works best for you...

Some suggestions besides lazarus of fe's I like that fit the bill are of course my own,  advance menu, game launcher and the new emutron...

It has been a while since i have ran it  but I thought arcade fx skins could also be resized..

Might try EmuLoader, lotta options and it shouldnt look too bad in 640x480 with the correct icons installed

I can't get emulaxian to reduce to 640x480.  The emulator runs, but the edges of the screen are all cut off, most notably the top of the options screen which doesn't let me change anything.  I reduced the resolution in the fe.cfg file, and made force640x480 to true.  What do i do now?

no don't use the force option that will try to set the fe's native resolution of 1024x768

force1024x768|false|
resize|true|

should do it. setting resize to true tells the fe to resize itself to your current desktop settings...ie as you are using 640x480 it will resize itself to that.

and for lazarus you can change the xres and yres options in lazarus.ini

Just for the record every fe linked to from the faq should support a 640*480 bit depth.  

Well all base things around 640*480 (although in the case of peter and myself we always use 1024*768 as the default res and make sure it scales down.) and then go from there as almost any display can support 640*480 output.

depending on what OS you're using, you can force the programs into whatever resolution you want need.  i also have the eygo monitor, and with XP it will actually run at 800x600 (poorly).  you can also have it force resolutions on specific programs.  plus XP boot super fast!

You got a EYGO 27" and you have it running at 800x600??!?!? This is the first I have ever heard of anyone doing this. I tried it once just for the heck of it with no luck. How did you do it?
