A question of OS
« on: February 08, 2003, 01:52:18 am »
Hi all.

In my original configuration, I was planning on running a P133 with 32Mb of RAM.  It seemed obvious to me, at the time, to run DOS and ArcadeOS.

I have recently upgraded to a K6-3 450MHz with 128Mb of RAM.  Which OS would be the best for speed with this hardware configuration?  Would DOS 7 (win9x) be okay?  Or should I boot into Windows 98 and run something from there?  Or should I use Win2k?

Thanks,
Odonadon

win98 is fine.
you obviously don't use your computer for anything but the calssic:)  Though since you are use to DOS there really is no eed unless you want to try other stuff.
