ATI All In Wonder models include TV Tuner which you really don't need.
What you must ask yourself is the port interface you will using, the TV inputs available, and the amount of $ you wish to spend.
SVideo output on card/input on TV is likely the connection type used most often for those that are using CRT TVs for monitor.
An ATI card that won't break the bank but that fits this description is the Radeon 7000 in PCI and AGP versions. These can be found for < $35 new. I tend to always select ATI branded cards rather than those with ATI components.
