Anyone have the Logitech S 510 Keyboard set?
« on: January 06, 2006, 02:43:06 am »
I'm looking for a wireless keyboard, and a wireless mouse.  I need a wireless keyboard for my HTPC, and a wireless mouse for my PC, but I'm willing to swap my current wireless keyboard to my HTPC if the mouse on the S 510 works well for desktop use.  I don't game on my PC, so that's not an issue, just need something that works, picks up signal well (some RF mice I've had flat out SUCK at even desktop use).

I used to use this mouse before it crapped out on me and I can't find one for less than $50 anymore :-\  That 17% off takes it DOWN to that price :P

Getting used to a mouse again is frustrating, so if the S510's mouse has problems, I'd like to know if I'm gonna want to replace it soon, or if the whole combo just sucks and don't bother with it.

Can be had refurb and new for around 30-40 bucks tops, and has a retarded huge range..

Also, its my main gaming mouse, so it responds well..

Overstock.com normally has em pretty cheap..

The keyboard is actually the more pressing need, so I figured the S 510 would solve my need for that, and as a bonus, they've got a mouse.

Cordless RF keyboard recommendations (preferably with a mouse)?
