wow are these guys dumb. They had a store front selling modded Xboxes (and other videogame stuff) and got caught in a big way by the feds!

It never EVER fails that these are sensationalized. These guys will not go to prison for modded Xboxes. They will go to prison (maybe) for pirating videogames. These are two very different things. Modding an Xbox is not illegal. Pirating videogames is. Anybody with a brain would not include a hard drive full of illegal content when modding an Xbox for anyone other than friends and family. Well...actually, if they didn't fill up the hard drive with games they probably wouldn't sell nearly as many so...it's not so much that they don't have a brain, but rather they were aware of the risk and it didn't play out well for them. C'est la vie.

good luck on being a lawyer. We have a lawyer in louisville who spends $1 million a year telling people he is the "heavy hitter". He will make you rich if you are hurt. Whether hurt for your fault or someone elses, no point in worrying about that, right? sue, and we'll probably get you something.

choose "head injury, or motorcycle accident" from the drop downs. nice to know lawyers are doing so such serious work these days.

That took me a minute.

I don't see how I could possibly complain about lawyer jokes. To me it's like celebrities complaining about being approached by fans. Sure, it may not be the nicest thing in the world, but when you're making that kind of money you can hardly complain. If I'm going to be evil for vast amounts of money I'm sure I can handle some jokes about my profession.
