3D Arcade FE Set-Up Question - "Object Expected" Error
« on: January 03, 2006, 05:03:11 pm »
I'll be the first to admit that I'm a total noob with Front Ends so hopefully this isn't a completely moronic question...

I downloaded the FE from 3D Arcade, the two files (for version .94)... they said to unzip them into a new folder, keeping the file structures in tact, which I did.  From that point, I just clicked the .exe file but then I get various "object expected" errors and can't get it open enough to configure anything.

Is there something I need to do beforehand before trying to open it?  Do I rewrite a .cng file or something to get it going...?

Thanks for any help!!

If you unzip them both in one folder keeping the folder structure it should just work out of the box.

Check if you indeed have arcades, cfg, dummys, models, skins, xtras as subfolders in yout fe folder.

What kind of pc configuration or you using. Especially what vidcard?
